ST2000DM001 : Seagate (IBM-Lenovo Spare) 2Tb 7,200 RPM 6Gbps 3.5 inch SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) HDD (Hard Disk Drive)

We are going to file this ST2000DM001 2TB Seagate drive under Lenovo.
It’s not actually a Lenovo drive, but it gets searched often as an equivalent replacement in IBM and Lenovo storage gear here at VEE.

They are getting a little harder to find, but the Seagate ST2000DM006 is the same drive, so it should work in the same applications.

Per Lenovo: “…the difference between the ST2000DM001 and ST2000DM006, they are both the same, its just that the ST2000DM006 is a newer model.
